Outside, an expansive 800 sqm private area awaits, centred around a 50 sqm heated saltwater swimming pool with a dedicated children’s section. Guests can enjoy relaxing days by the pool, alfresco dining, a BBQ area, comfortable lounge spaces, and outdoor gym equipment. Private parking for up to three cars adds further convenience.

Set in the beautiful coastal area of Kalamaki, Chania, the villa is just 70 metres from the sea, allowing guests to reach the coastline within moments on foot. The nearest organised sandy beach, Stalos Beach, is approximately 500 metres away, offering a selection of restaurants, beach bars, and water activities for a relaxing and enjoyable day by the sea.

Villa Layout

The residence is set across two spacious floors, offering 253 sqm of beautifully designed living space.

• Ground Floor: 2 bedrooms, including one with an ensuite bathroom and sea-view balcony, open-plan living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and communal bathroom.
• Upper Floor: 4 bedrooms, including 3 with ensuite bathrooms, plus a communal bathroom.
• All Bedrooms: King or double-size beds, high-quality mattresses, individually controlled air conditioning, and open-type wardrobes. One ground-floor bedroom can be arranged as twin beds upon request.

Heated Pool Policy

The swimming pool can be heated upon request to approximately 26–27°C, depending on weather conditions.

• April – May: Heated pool available free of charge.
• 15 September – October: Heated pool available free of charge.
• November – March: Pool heating is available upon request at an additional charge, to approximately 25–26°C.
• June – 14 September: Pool heating is not available due to the naturally high ambient temperatures.

Please note that 7 days’ advance notice is required for pool heating. Any applicable heating fee during the winter period must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Climate Resilience Fee

• April – October: €15 per night, per villa
• November – March: €4 per night, per villa

This fee is payable in cash upon arrival.
