Built in 2016 across three levels, this villa embraces the essence of Cycladic architecture, combining elegant simplicity with modern comforts. Indoors, spacious bedrooms provide a serene retreat, while the expansive outdoor terrace enhances the holiday experience with breathtaking views. The highlight is the stunning 12×4.5m swimming pool—an ideal spot to unwind while taking in the spectacular scenery.

Ground Level

The open-plan living and dining area exudes warmth and style, featuring an ultra-cozy sofa and a striking white metal dining table with a marble-like finish, complemented by clear acrylic chairs that blend modern design with subtle baroque influences. Eye-catching bubble pendant chandeliers add a touch of elegance, while large windows frame the stunning sea view. This level also includes a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the outdoor dining and BBQ area, as well as a guest toilet for added convenience.

The ground floor also houses an en-suite double bedroom, a spacious guest room with a double bed, and a bright twin bedroom with two single beds. The latter two share a stylish shower bathroom. All bedrooms on this level offer direct sea views and have immediate access to the pool area.

Upper & Lower Levels

The upper floor is dedicated to the master bedroom, which boasts panoramic views and a private balcony—an intimate spot to enjoy the sunrise.

On the lower level, a generously sized bedroom features a double bed, a comfortable sofa, and its own bathroom. This room also has direct access to the swimming pool area, ensuring a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

The villa’s outdoor area is designed for relaxation and entertainment, with a spacious lounge, a shaded dining area adjacent to the BBQ, and a well-appointed swimming pool. Additionally, an external shower bathroom with storage space enhances convenience. A pergola-covered parking area is also available.
